Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor
We are looking to enhance our current team and seek a recently graduated Quantity Surveyor to work as a proactive member of our team with the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously. Initially the appointment would be a term contract with a view to a permanent position. Ideally you will have previous consultancy experience, preferably within the retail sector, and be capable of adapting to a demanding and varied workload.
Administration Assistant
Our Quantity Surveying team require an IT literate assistant to carry out general administration duties including placing of orders with suppliers and project quality assurance. Initially the appointment would be a term contract with a view to a permanent position. Preferably you will have previous experience within construction sector accounts. Flexible working hours are available by negotiation.
Architectural Technologist
HNC/HND Architectural Technician with full driving licence. Minimum 5 years office and AutoCAD experience.
Mechanical Design Engineer
We are looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our multi disciplinary team. Initially the appointment would be a term contract with a view to a permanent position. The candidate should have knowledge of all aspects of mechanical building services design across a wide range of projects, ideally with at least 3 years experience and preferably a member of CIBSE. Experience with design in the retail sector would be a great advantage but not essential. Applicants should be experienced and confident enough to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the CIBSE guides as well as being competent in AutoCAD and Hevacomp.
Electrical Design Engineer
We are looking to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer to join our multi disciplinary team, initially the appointment would be a term contract with a view to a permanent position. The candidate should have knowledge of all aspects of electrical design across a wide range of projects, ideally with at least 3 years experience and preferably a member of CIBSE. Experience with design in the retail sector would be a great advantage but not essential. Applicants should be experienced and confident enough to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the CIBSE guides as well as being competent in AutoCAD, Hevacomp and AMTECH.
M&E Project Manager
We are looking to recruit an M&E Project Manager to join our multi disciplinary team. Initially the appointment would be a term contract with a view to a permanent position. The candidate should have knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services installations and ideally be from a contracting background with at least 5 years experience of project management or site supervision. The role will include attending site meetings, checking on quality of installations, witness testing and repot writing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the CIBSE guides, Health and Safety practices and be mechanically biased.
Retail Merchandising Project Managers
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate a track record of onsite merchandising relays and new store delivery. The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK and a committed approach to delivering challenging programmes is imperative. Previous experience in this role is a requirement, either gained via external consultancy or within a mainstream retailer
